Pole Position Tuition opened it's doors back in April 2005 and was surprised by the massive response we had. But yes, we did it, got the jokes out of the way and since then we have worked very hard to gather a good selection of girls from as young as 16 right up to the age of 52. You can never be too old or too young to keep fit with pole dancing, so why not come and join us and make fitness fun.

Pole dancing is the art of graceful falling and at pole position tuition you will be guided through the basic moves on the "beginners pole".
We operate a grading system, with certification, but this is optional dependant upon the individuals choice. See how we work.

Pole dancing is a form of dancing that takes muscular endurance and co-ordination as well as sensuality. It involves dancing with a vertical pole and is often used for fitness programmes. The dancer may simply hold the pole or use it to perform more athletic moves such as climbs, spins and body inversions. This is certainly a fun way to keep your body fit and healthy. .
